Saints is 100% owned by St Mary’s Football Group Ltd which is majority owned by Sport Republic. Katharina Liebherr continues to own a minority stake in the club. Sport Republic is a London-based investment firm in the sports and entertainment industry that owns majority stakes in Saints, French club Valenciennes FC and Turkish club Göztepe SK, as well as numerous other football and technology investments. The club’s Ultimate Beneficial Owner is Dragan Šolak.

Dragan founded United Group, a leader in South East Europe in the Telecoms and Media industries. United Media owns and operates five national broadcasters, more than 50 pay TV channels, 28 web portals, eight newspapers and magazines, five radio stations and produces over 20,000 hours of original content a year.

Rasmus is Co-Founder and CEO of Sport Republic. He brings to Saints extensive experience as a football executive, previously leading Brentford FC to promotion to the Premier League in 2020 as Co-Director of Football and overseeing the most successful period in Danish club FC Midtjylland’s history as Executive Chairman. Rasmus is also the author of several bestselling books on talent development, including The Gold Mine Effect and Hunger in Paradise.

Phil is the CEO of Saints. Phil joined the club in 2023 after 15 years in a number of senior leadership roles at pioneering technology company Dyson, most recently serving as President for Europe, Middle East and Africa. Rolf is the representative of Katharina Liebherr on the Board. Rolf is Co-Founder of Swiss based BFive Consulting AG, which specialises in Strategy and Finance consulting. Prior to that, he held various senior roles at Swiss Private Banks. Rolf has been working with the management of Saints since 2015.

Marieanne Spacey-Cale
Marieanne is our Head of Women’s Football. Since 2018, Marieanne’s led Southampton FC Women to two promotions as head coach, having previously been part of the Lionesses coaching set up and was capped 94 times as a player by her country.

Greg is the Chief Revenue Officer of the club, having previously been the CEO of Saints Foundation and Director of Community at Saints. He’s a lifelong Saints fan who grew up in the city and prior to joining the club in 2014, worked for organisations including Comic Relief and the English Football League Trust.
